Limousine:

Your driver will meet you in baggage claim. Look for a driver holding a sign with your last name.

Airport Arrival Information:

Honolulu airport is comprised of three terminals:

1 - Main Overseas Terminal (All flights from the

     Americas, Australia, Far East, Europe; all

     non inter-island flights.)

2 - Inter-island Terminal (Hawaiian Airlines*)

3 - Commuter Terminal (Go Airlines)

*Inter-island flights only, other Hawaiian Airline flights arrive in the Main Overseas Terminal (1).

Baggage Claim:

Follow the signs to your designated baggage claim area. You will arrive on level two (arrivals and departures) and will take the escalator or elevator down to level one (baggage claim and ground transportation).

1 - Main Overseas Terminal - Baggage Claim carousels D, E, F, G, H are located on the lower level of the main terminal.

2 - Inter-island Terminal

Baggage Claim carousels B & C are located on the lower level of the inter-island terminal.

3 - Commuter Terminal

Baggage Claim carousel A is located on the lower level of the commuter terminal.

Luggage carts are available for rental in the baggage claim area with cash or credit cards accepted by the vending machine.

Porters are also available.

Method 1: (Stay Together)

Everyone retrieves the luggage together as a group and then proceeds to pick up the car.

Retrieve you luggage from the carousel and cross the street to the middle island to wait for the car rental shuttle bus. Leave your luggage cart here.

Method 2: (Divide and Conquer)

One party goes to pick up the car while every one else waits for the luggage.

Person Retrieving the Vehicle: As soon as you arrive, exit the baggage claim area and cross the street to the middle island to wait for the car rental shuttle bus.

(Make sure you remember your Baggage Claim area A - H.)

Pick up your car and then drive back around to the ground level arrivals area to your designated Baggage Claim area A - H.

Rest of the Party: Wait for your luggage on the carousel and then carry, cart or porter your luggage right outside to the curb.

Meet up curb side and load up your luggage and head to Ko Olina!

Transportation in Ko Olina:

A shuttle service runs between all of the lagoons, marina and golf course. You can catch the shuttle downstairs at the circular driveway in front of the Beach Villa Resort on lagoon two at 7 minutes and 37 minutes after the hour.

If you would like to tour around the Island, there is a Hertz rent a car desk on Lagoon One.
